Where our clients are responsible for architecture, project deployment or operational services for their corporate end-user customers, BIO assists by providing and managing on-site teams of technicians, thereby sharing our collective insight and in-depth experience.

BIO crosses the boundary between pre-sales and delivery. Our consultants will work along side our client's account and service managers, identifying opportunities and creating managed services. We then follow through to delivery via our BIO associates.

BIO associates comprise a mix of 30% permanent and 70% contract staff. Importantly the contract staff are very much part of the BIO team, are well known to us and are co-owners of the company.

This means our clients can draw on expertise as required, and the teams we provide are highly motivated, as our technicians have a vested interest in the service they provide.

A cornerstone of the BIO philosophy is that every person that makes a contribution to our joint success, should be a co-owner of the company, and be rewarded based on their input.

Our premise to our associates is; by building, running and owning the company we work for, we all have a much greater opportunity to benefit in the success we create, when compared to simply being an employee or an individual contractor.

BIO is not owned by a venture capital company, or a large corporate. The profits are not siphoned off to pay share-holders dividends. BIO is owned by all of the technicians that take part and we plough our profits back into the business to help build for the future.
